PT. Nongki Kreasi Bangsa . (hereinafter referred to as “we”) is the operator of the Nongki software and products. We are well aware of the importance of personal information to you and will do our best to protect the security of your personal information. We will abide by the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity and good faith, clear purpose and reasonableness, openness and transparency, consistency of rights and responsibilities, user control and security protection to handle your personal information. At the same time, we promise that we will take corresponding security protection measures to protect your personal information in accordance with the mature security standards of the industry.
Please read and understand this “Nongki Personal Information Protection Policy” (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) carefully before using the Nongki products or services, especially the terms marked in bold, which you should read carefully. It should be noted that this policy does not apply to services provided to you by other third parties, nor does it apply to products or services that have independently set up personal information protection policies. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions about the content of this policy, you can contact us through the contact information at the end of this policy.
[Special Tips] We do not provide services to minors under the age of 18. Part 6 of this Policy specifically stipulates the protection of minors’ personal information. If you are a minor, especially a minor under the age of 14, please do not register as our user and use our products and services.

Statement and overview of other possible situations
(1) If the information you provide contains the personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing such personal information to the Nongkinstration.
(2) If we use information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, or if we actively obtain your personal information from a third party, we will obtain your consent in advance.
(3) If we obtain your information indirectly from a third party, we will clearly require the third party in writing to collect the information only after obtaining your consent in accordance with the law before collecting it, and inform you of the content of the shared information. In addition, sensitive information must be clearly confirmed by you before it is provided to us for use. We will require the third party to make a commitment to the legality and compliance of the source of
personal information. If the third party violates the law, we will clearly require the other party to bear the corresponding legal responsibility. At the same time, our professional security team will provide security protection for personal information (including classification of sensitive information, access control of sensitive information, encrypted storage of sensitive information, etc.). We will use the same protection means and measures as we use for our own users’ personal information to protect indirectly obtained personal information.
(4) We may use the information collected through certain functions for our other services. For example, we may use the information collected when you use one of our functions or services for another function or service that may be provided to you, including displaying advertisements, providing information security tips for content you have read, indirectly profiling people based on feature tags, and providing more accurate and personalized services and content. 1. How we collect and use your personal information
In order to bring you a better product and service experience, we are constantly working to improve our technology. As a result, we may launch new or optimized features from time to time, which may require the collection and use of new personal information or change the purpose or method of using personal information. In this regard, we will separately explain to you the purpose, scope and use of the corresponding information by updating this policy, pop-up windows, page prompts, etc., and provide you with a way to choose your consent, and collect and use it after obtaining your express consent.

When you use our products and services, we need/may need to collect and use your personal information, including the following two types: (1) In order to realize the basic functions of providing you with our products and services, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information; if you refuse to provide the corresponding personal information, you may not be able to register as our user or enjoy the basic business functions Nongkinstrated. (2) In order to provide you with the extended functions of our products and services, you can choose whether to authorize us to collect and use the information. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the relevant extended functions normally or achieve the intended effect of using the relevant services.
We will collect and use the following personal information about you based on the following purposes, methods and scopes:
(I) Basic business functions
1. Provide you with the functions of registering an account and logging in
(1) When you register for the Nongkinstration service, we will collect your mobile phone number, gender, date of birth, Android ID, Mac address, IP address, and the user name and password to be used to create a Nongkinstration account. If you choose to log in directly through a third-party account, we will obtain your third-party account information (including nickname, avatar, gender, etc.) from the third party based on your authorization, and bind it to your Nongkinstration account, so that you can log in directly through the third-party account and use our products and/or services. We will use your relevant information within the scope of your authorization. The above information you provide will continue to be authorized for us to use during your use of this service. Please be aware that in order to ensure your normal use of this product/or service, improve and optimize our product experience, and protect the security of your account, when your Nongki APP switches to the background or is in silent mode, the application/SDK will obtain your Mac address information and IMEI. When you actively cancel your account, we will make it anonymous or delete your personal information as soon as possible in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations. You agree and guarantee that the personal information you provide to the Nongkinstration is true, legal, accurate, complete and up-to-date. At the same time, as the publisher of information, you should ensure that the information you publish is true and accurate. You shall bear the legal liability caused by any information you disseminate.
(2) When you use the “Nongki” one-click login function, with your explicit consent, the communication operator will send your mobile phone number to us so that we can provide you with a quick login service. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to register and log in to the “Nongki” using the one-click login method, but it will not affect your registration and login through other methods, nor will it affect the normal use of other functions.
2. Display and push content or services for you
In order to improve our products or services and provide you with personalized information search and related services, we will collect necessary log information, mainly including:
(1) Information about your operations and usage: clicks, attention, searches, browsing, and sharing;
(2) Information you actively provide: feedback, posting, likes, and comments;
(3) Geographic location information: GPS information. This information is personal sensitive information. If you refuse to provide it, we will not recommend relevant information to you based on the GPS information;
(4) We will show and recommend local information about your area to you based on the search conditions you set. If you do not want to receive relevant push notifications, you can click [Me] – [Settings] – [New Message Notification] at the bottom of the software to set it up.
(5) In order to provide you with timely and high-quality dating services, you agree that we will send you reasonable commercial service information via SMS to the mobile phone number you provide. If you do not want to receive such commercial service information, you can unsubscribe by editing “TD” in the reply SMS. After the unsubscription is successful, we will no longer send you such SMS.
3. Providing you with information publishing and interactive services
(1) When you publish audio, video, pictures and other content or make comments, we will collect the information you publish and display your nickname, avatar, published content and information.
(2) When you use the function of publishing pictures, audio and video, we will ask you to authorize the camera, photo and microphone permissions. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions.
(3) We will recommend nearby people, nearby dynamics and nearby groups to you based on the GPS location information you authorize. GPS location information is personal sensitive information. Refusing to provide this information will affect this function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions.
(4) When you choose to establish a follow-up relationship with someone you are interested in and share information with other third parties through the functional components we provide, we will collect service log information including your follow-up relationship and sharing history to achieve the above functions and other purposes we clearly inform you of.
(5) When you use the family function, we will collect your information about creating a family, group list, group nicknames, and announcements related to this.
The information will be authorized and shared with the official Weibo, official WeChat public account, Baidu Tieba, third-party cooperative media and other platforms for use. The specific rights to own the content shall be subject to the user agreement or usage rules of such self-media. If you want to cancel the authorization, please refer to Chapter 7 Contact Us.
4. Providing you with customer service and dispute resolution functions
When you contact us or apply for dispute resolution, in order to protect the security of your account and system, we may save your communication/call records and content or the contact information you leave to contact you or help you solve the problem, and may also record the solution and results of the relevant problem.
5. Providing you with security functions
In order to provide you with a safer and more reliable product and usage environment, and to provide high-quality and reliable services and information, we will collect information about the products or services you use and how you use them and associate this information. This information includes:
(1) Device information: We will receive and record information about the device you use (including device model, operating system version, setting parameters, device configuration, device identification, device network information, device environment software and hardware feature information), device identification code (including IMSI, ICCID, MEID/SN ID, device hardware serial number), software list, device operation status information, and device location information (IP address, geographic location information) based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use. Because the services we provide are mobile social services based on geographic location, after you confirm that you have successfully registered a “Nongki” account and agree to open the corresponding permissions, you will be deemed to have confirmed that you have authorized us to extract, disclose and use your IP address information.
Please be aware that this information is collected to help us conduct bug analysis, anti-cheating, anti-black industry and other security protection work, to ensure your normal use of this product and/or service, to improve and optimize our product experience, and to protect your account security. Unless otherwise agreed in this Policy, we will not provide your device information to any third party.
(2) Log information: When you use the products or services provided by our website or client, we will automatically collect detailed information about your use of our products or services and save it as relevant network logs. This includes your browsing, click-to-view and search query content, follow-up sharing information, published information, as well as IP address, browser type, operator information, language used, access date and time, and web page records you visited. Please note that separate device information, log information, etc. are information that cannot identify a specific natural person, so separate device information and log information are not “personal information” as referred to in this Policy. If we combine such information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, such information will be considered personal information during the combined use period. Unless you authorize us or otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such personal information. In order to provide you with more convenient information display and push services that better meet your personalized needs, we will extract your preference features based on your device information and service log information, and produce indirect population portraits based on feature tags for display and push information.
(3) To improve the security of your use of services provided by us, our affiliates, and our partners, to protect the personal and property safety of you or other users or the public from infringement, to better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusions, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or Nongkinstration-related agreement rules, we may use or integrate your user information, transaction information, device information, relevant network logs, and
information that affiliates and partners obtain your authorization or share in accordance with the law, and then comprehensively judge the transaction risks of your account, conduct identity authentication, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.
(II) Extended business functions
1. Extended business functions based on system permissions
In order to provide you with more convenient, high-quality, and personalized products and services, we may collect and use your personal information by enabling system permissions in the extended business functions we provide to you. If you do not agree to enable the relevant permissions, it will not affect your use of the basic services of the Nongkinstration, but you may not be able to obtain the user experience brought to you by these extended business functions.
You can decide to enable or disable these permissions at any time.
Please note that when you enable any permission, it means that you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services. Once you disable any permission, it means that you cancel the authorization. We will no longer collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and we will not be able to continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the permission. Your decision to disable the permission will not affect the information collection and use based on your authorization.
The application permission application and usage of the extended business functions of the Nongkinstration are as follows:
Read phone status permission: When you run the Android version of the Nongkinstration APP, we will apply to you for this permission in order to normally identify your local identification code in order to complete security risk control, statistics and service push. If you refuse, you can choose to disable this permission.
Read and write external storage permission: When you use the avatar setting, sending pictures, and sending videos in the Android version of the Nongkinstration APP, you can use or save pictures, videos, or files by enabling storage permission. If you do not enable this permission, you will not be able to use functions related to memory card reading or caching, but it will not affect your use of other services.
Album permission: When you use the avatar setting, sending pictures and sending videos in the IOS version of the Nongkinstration APP, you can enable album permission to upload pictures or videos in the device. If you do not enable this permission, you will not be able to use functions related to uploading pictures or videos, but it will not affect your use of other services.
Location permission: When you use the local service in the Android or IOS version of the Nongki app, you can enable location permission to view or obtain services in the current area. If you do not enable this permission, you will not be able to receive recommendations based on your current location, but it will not affect your use of other services.
Microphone permission: When you use the voice service in the Android or IOS version of the Nongkinstration APP, you can enable microphone permission and click the voice recording or sending button to record or send voice so that we can collect your voice content and perform necessary processing. If you do not enable this permission, you will not be able to use the voice input related functions, but it will not affect your use of other services.
2. Provide you with personalized dating functions
In order to provide you with better dating functions, during the registration and use of the service, you can provide the following additional information to complete your personal information, which will help us provide you with better services and experience, including: gender, date of birth, constellation, location, occupation, height, weight, body shape, annual income, emotional status, living conditions, whether to buy a house, whether to buy a car, vehicle model, whether to drink, whether to smoke, hobbies, and your real head portrait. Among them, emotional status (such as marital history) is your personal sensitive information, please provide it with caution. If you
do not provide the above information, you may not be able to obtain related services, but it will not affect your use of the basic functions of the Nongkinstration products or services.
3. Providing you with other authentication functions
When you use identity authentication, purchase contract to complete the corresponding authentication in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. ID number is personal sensitive information, please provide it with caution. If you do not provide the above information, you may not be able to obtain the relevant services, but it will not affect your use of the basic functions of the Nongkinstration products or services.
(1) When you perform real-person authentication, you need to provide facial feature information for related authentication. Facial feature information is personal sensitive information, please provide it with caution. If you do not provide the above information, you may not be able to obtain the relevant services, but it will not affect your use of the basic functions of the Nongkinstration products or services.
4. Provide you with payment and recharge functions
When you purchase Nongki coins, third-party payment platforms “Midtrans”. will require you to provide information such as account and password. This information is directly collected and used by the third-party payment platform and transmitted to the third-party payment platform through encrypted channels. We will not collect and store this information.
(III) Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent
You fully understand and agree that we do not need your authorization and consent to collect and use your personal information in the following circumstances, and we may not agree to your requests for correction/modification, deletion, cancellation, withdrawal of consent, and request for information:
1. Related to national security and national defense security;
2. Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
4. For the purpose of safeguarding the major legitimate rights and interests of the subject of personal information or other individuals, such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
5. The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by you on your own initiative;
6. Personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
7. Necessary for signing a contract according to your requirements;
8. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling product or service failures;
9. Necessary for legal news reporting;
10. Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistical or academic research based on the public interest, and when providing the results of academic research or descriptions to the outside world, the personal information contained in the results is de-identified;
11. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Please be aware that, in accordance with applicable laws, if we take technical measures and other necessary measures to process personal information so that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and cannot restore it, or we may conduct de-identified research, statistical analysis and prediction on the collected information to improve the content and layout of the Nongkinstration, provide product or service support for business decisions, and improve our products and services (including the use of anonymous data for machine learning or model algorithm training), then the use of such processed
data does not require additional notification to you and your consent.
If we stop operating Nongkinstration products or services, we will promptly stop the activities of continuing to collect your personal information, notify you of the suspension of operations in the form of one-by-one delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information held.
2. How we use Cookies
To ensure the normal operation of our products and services and provide you with an easier access experience, we will store small data files called Cookies on your mobile device. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. For example, with the help of Cookies, websites and clients can store data such as your registered account, email address, password (encrypted) and preferences. Cookies can also help us count traffic information and analyze the effectiveness of page design and advertising.
We will not use cookies for any purpose other than those described in this policy. You can manage or delete cookies according to your preferences. You can clear all cookies saved on your mobile device (path: Settings-Clear Cache), but if you do so, you may need to change your user settings each time you use our services and products. You can also choose not to be tracked by deleting cookies and restoring (clearing) mobile terminal settings (content and data).
III. How we entrust processing, sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of your personal information
(I) Entrusted processing
To achieve the purposes stated in this policy, some specific modules or functions of the Nongkinstration are provided by external authorized partners. For companies, organizations or individuals that we entrust to process personal information, we will require them to process your personal information in accordance with our requirements, this personal information protection policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
Other cases of entrusted processing are as follows:
1. Real-name authentication: When you choose to conduct real-name authentication, your personal information, including name, ID number, and mobile phone number, will be encrypted and transmitted to a third-party agency for verification.
2. Real-person authentication: When you choose to conduct real-person authentication, your personal information, including name, ID number, mobile phone number, and facial features, will be encrypted and transmitted to a third-party agency for verification.
3. Withdrawal business: When you choose to withdraw cash, your personal information, including name, ID number, mobile phone number, and virtual transaction information (withdrawal amount) will be encrypted and transmitted to a third-party settlement agency for settlement and withdrawal.
Please note that ID number, facial feature information and virtual transaction information are personal sensitive information, and you can refuse to provide them. If you refuse to provide them, you may not be able to obtain the relevant services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
(II) Sharing
We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations or individuals other than the Nongkinstration service provider, except in the following circumstances:
1. Sharing with explicit consent: We will share your personal information with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent;
2. Sharing under statutory circumstances: We may share your personal information externally in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, the needs of litigation dispute resolution, or the requirements of administrative and judicial authorities in accordance with the law;
3. Sharing within the company: Your personal information may be shared within the company to facilitate the company to jointly provide services to you, recommend information that may be of interest to you, identify account anomalies, or protect the personal and property safety of the company or other users or the public from infringement. We will only share necessary personal information (for example, to facilitate your use of the company’s products or services with a Nongki account, we will share your necessary account information within the company) and will be subject to the purposes stated in this privacy policy. If we share your sensitive personal information or the affiliated company changes the use and processing purpose of personal information, we will ask for your authorization again;
4. Sharing with authorized partners: For the purpose stated in this policy, we may entrust authorized partners to provide you with certain services or perform functions on our behalf. We will only share your information for the legitimate, legitimate, necessary, specific and clear purposes stated in this privacy policy. Authorized partners can only access the information required to perform their duties and may not use this information for any other purpose or any other purpose.
Currently, our authorized partners include the following types:

Unless you have your permission, we will not share your personally identifiable information with partners who provide advertising and analysis services. ② Types of personal information shared by analytical service providers: gender, age, location We will conduct strict security checks on the application programming interface (API) and software tool development kit (SDK) that authorize partners to obtain relevant information, and agree with authorized partners on strict data protection measures to require them to process personal information in accordance with our entrusted purpose, service description, this privacy policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
At present, the purpose, method and scope of the collection and use of personal information by the third-party SDK tools we have accessed are detailed in the “Third-Party SDK Technical Description”.
5. Share the personal information you provide with explicit consent: For example, in order to deliver the event gifts to you, we will share the mobile phone number, recipient name, and receiving address you filled in with the logistics partner.
(III) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except
in the following circumstances: 1. Transfer with explicit consent: We will transfer your personal information to other parties after obtaining your explicit consent;
2. In the event of a merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, or other merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is involved, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy, otherwise we will require the company, organization or individual to re-ask your authorization and consent.

(V) Exceptions to obtaining prior authorization and consent when sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing personal information
In the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing your personal information does not require your prior authorization and consent:
1. Related to our performance of obligations prescribed by laws and regulations;
2. Directly related to national security and national defense security;
3. Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
5. For the purpose of safeguarding your or other individuals’ major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain your authorization and consent;
6. The personal information involved is the personal information you have disclosed to the public on your own;
7. Necessary for signing and performing a contract at your request;
8. Collecting personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels.
9. Necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products and services we provide, such as discovering and handling product or service failures.
According to legal provisions, if we take technical measures and other necessary measures to process personal information so that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and cannot restore it, the sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of such processed data does not require separate notification to you and your consent.
IV. How we protect your personal information
(I) We have used security measures that meet industry standards to protect the personal information you provide and prevent the data from being accessed, disclosed, used, modified, damaged or lost without authorization. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information.
For example:
1. We will use encryption technology, anonymization processing and related reasonable and feasible means that are no less than those of our peers in the industry to protect your personal information, and use security protection mechanisms to prevent your personal information from being maliciously attacked.
2. We will establish a special security department, security management system, and data security process to ensure the security of your personal information. We adopt a strict data use and access system to ensure that only authorized personnel can access your personal information.
(II) Our data security capabilities
1. Content security: We improve our content security protection capabilities by purchasing third-party services such as Tencent Cloud;
2. Data security: We use Tencent Cloud services. On the basis of the basic data security services provided by Tencent Cloud, we additionally purchase multiple security services such as Tencent Cloud Security Center, Security Manager and Situational Awareness to ensure the security of user personal information.
(III) We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that irrelevant personal information is not collected. We will only retain your personal information for the period required to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless the retention period needs to be extended or permitted by law.
(IV) The Internet environment is not 100% secure, and we will try our best to ensure or guarantee the security of the information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or management protection facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering or destruction of information, resulting in damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear the corresponding legal liability.
(V) After a personal information security incident occurs, we will promptly inform you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for your independent prevention and risk reduction, and remedial measures for you, etc. We will promptly inform you of the relevant circumstances of the incident by email, letter, phone, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to inform the subject of personal information one by one, we will take reasonable and effective measures to publish an announcement.
At the same time, we will also proactively report the handling of personal information security incidents in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.
(VI) Information disclosure tips and password leakage handling: Please properly protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially your account and password, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate measures.

In accordance with the common practices of relevant Indonesia laws, regulations, and standards, we guarantee that you can exercise the following rights over your personal information:
(I) Access your personal information
You have the right to access your personal information, except for exceptions stipulated by laws and regulations. If you want to exercise your right to access data, you can access it yourself in the following ways:
Account information-If you want to access or edit personal ID information, mobile phone binding, security information, etc. in your account, you can perform such operations through the “Me” page after logging into your account.
Personal information – If you want to access or edit your nickname, education, marital status, height, income, occupation, housing situation, blood type and other information in your personal information, you can perform such operations through “Me” “Basic Information” after logging in to your account.
Dynamic information – You can access or clear your dynamic publishing history through “My Dynamics” after logging in to your account.
If you are unable to access such personal information through the above path, you can contact us at any time through the contact information provided below. We will review the issues involved as soon as possible and respond to your access request within 15 working days after a dedicated person verifies your user identity.
For other personal information generated during your use of our products or services, we will provide it to you as long as we do not need to invest too much. If you want to exercise your right to access data, please send an email to contact@nongki.party.
(II) Correction of your personal information

VI. Protection of Personal Information of Minors
According to the relevant laws of Indonesia, minors are those under the age of 18 and children are those under the age of 14.
We attach great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. Due to the characteristics of this software, we do not provide this software and services to minors. Our products, websites and services are only for adults over the age of 18. When you use our services, we presume that you have the corresponding civil capacity. No minor under the age of 18 may create his or her own user account and/or use our services.
